I installed an H3-3D Gimbal on one of my Multirotors using the A2 Flight Controller. In the A2 Assistant Software the Gimbal is showing up as a H3-2D not a H3-3D.
There are no options in either the Gimbal Assistant Software or A2 Software to calibrate the Gimbal nor any options to adjust the Tilt Gains.

It would be great if DJI would monitor this forum and respond to users issues. I would be surprized if that was the case though.

I believe that the H3-3D will work connected to the H3-2D channel.
It is just a suggested mapping, and the tilt function is all that it provides...

Correct, The a2 treats the h3-3d the same as h3-2d. It will only control pitch.

Now that's two DJI support members answering your question, how is that for service?
