I see that the 1080 video modes have a wide and narrow options. Can the firmware and app be updated to allow 720p60fps narrow. I prefer the narrow view as you don't have the fisheye effect and you don't have to be so close, and I'd also prefer true 60fps. Less bluring when panning.
Ideally the next Vision copter will have a true 1080p60fps resolution.
Be aware that the narrow option in 1080 is just a section of the wide view, it is not a different focal length, so there is a resolution drop which makes it pretty useless professionally anyway.
Yeah, the 60fps at 1080p would be great. But I agree, the other request, to crop the video to narrow in the camera, would only help in FPV. It would be a step backwards for any other reason. It is better to export the full frame and due the cropping yourself, in post. That way you have a choice. And to give this option in 720p would mean the file would be less than 720p and no longer considered HD.
