Nice clip and like the color of it.
Tip a 7.42 is way too long for a disc clip.

Too long, I know, but I'm taking life easy these days and sometimes I like to just relax and watch long, useless stuff to bring some extra excitement in to life, HA!

I Tried in one of my videos but looks choppy and laggy

any ideas why?

it was shoot in 4k, usin polarpro filter i was getting about 1/100 shutter speed or less so thats not the problem.
edited in premiere cc 2017 pro.

look the video   :15 sec mark and :58   

i feel disapointed because doestn look smooth as i wanted

Was it also choppy when you rendered it in Premiere?
Cause it could also be the compresiion done by youtube

Hi Rodger, mind me asking what your settings +\- you use are ? Your shots always seem very sharp/clear...

Just left at 0 on all of them.  Not all of my video's are sharp, and those I don't normally try very hard to make use of.  Shoot mostly in Film mode, 2.7K @ 24p.

the exported file is still laggy.. i didnt save the project, but as far i remember, didnt look laggy
