Hello I am a new drone user. I recently purchased the DJI Spark and I have to say so far the whole process has been a nightmare! I have an Iphone 5C and had no idea that it would not work with the drone. I went back and dug out my old Samsung  S5, downloaded the app as instructed, opened it and can not find the spark anywhere on the app. It literally has every other DJI model except for the Spark. I tried to uninstall it, reinstall it. I repeated that process a few times. I've read forums (including this one) watched tutorials and did everything that was advised. At first I was given a "Error 256", now I'm getting error "511". I do not have anymore to purchased another 6 or 700 dollar smart phone in the hopes that the $600 plus drone I purchased will finally work. If there anything I can do or have I purchased an almost $700 dollar paper weight?  

For me 25 FPS fullHD (PAL) would be very important!

Waypoint missions would be nice

1. I wish the Spark was a bit more comfortable in gesture mode. Often the Spark would follow your hand, and then it would get lost in the sunlight and not be able to see the main subject.
2. Add all of the new features (astroid, boomerang) into the Spark. I think there would be a lot more business with the Spark if you did this.

Pretty sure this thread is dead.  I don't believe that DJI is going to add anything to the Spark going into the future.  When was the last firmware update?  Exactly, I don't remember either...

Since the sensor of the camera would allow, I'd be to happy to see the below:

- option to disable the electronic image stabilization for the videos so people can stabilize with other software if wish so using their PC
- coming from the above, the video resolution could have been raised to somewhere between 1080p and 4K.

DJI Spark remote Customizable button - Need more options here.  I would love to see a button for the cool pre-programmed photos (like a quick button for a pan shot or 180 shot).  Currently, I cannot find a single option that is useful for me.

D-log and 24 fps and it's all i need.

I want sensitivity controls for the YAW stick function in Tripod mode.  The speed is still too fast in Tripod mode.  Not talking about the gimbal, I am talking about how fast the aircraft will yaw when that stick is moved to the right or the left whilst in Tripod mode.  It needs to be  adjustable so that a large stick movement only produces a very small YAW in the aircraft.  Thank you.

Aswhole china company, wtf with new firmware or new version app? Why my spark was well 1 month ago, but it cant connect between remote controller and spark right now.

Asshole China company and products, Dead by China is real? Wtf with your company when you update firm ware or new version app? It made Spark had  trouble connection between Spark and Remote.

In my opinion, MOST important, as an added feature, would be a FAIL SAFE return home  that would depend ONLY on  GPS signals. This should work independently of a phone/tablet device and the RC. A GPS signal should be enough to bring the drone home without any other sensors. This feature would save a lot of lost AC.

Put Multiple, AEB and Timed shots in their respective individual folders on SD card as you do for panoramas.

This way we can easily find and sort images in Lightroom etc.

Please add RAW pictures!

Controller sensitivity settings like in Air

Have it close the active videofile correctly in case it is not stopped by the pilot when turning off the system.
Better internal checks for firmware updates.

Please add offline maps for iOS!

Please add raw photos and 60fps videos!!

Great thread! I'm seeing some stuff which is really good. Maybe if we complain enough DJI will hear us ;)

Like everyone, I really would like to have RAW pictures and 4K filming. I know we will lose the numerical stablilisation with the 4K videos but the option can be activated in advanced option menu for exemple, with a warning message " Video can be shaking when this option is activated".

This little drone has really more of power than we think, it will be really great to add these options!

would be nice if you fixed the Rth feature so that it will work under all circumstances ,,,,like when the geozone restrictions kick in midflight,,,that is correct MIDFLIGHT...i was helpless...i watched my spark hover 25 feet away for 4 minutes until battery expired and it settled in the Atlantic ocean...i would have video of it going in....but my phone was busy running the buggy go 4 app....yes...dji please fix these...smh...

Keep camera manual settings when shooting Quick Shot. E.g. I set manual settings for manual flying, then I go Quick Shot mode and the camera switches to automatic settings. It should keep manual settings if such was set before.

Correspondingly, after Quick Shot is finished, the camera should be back to manul settings set before.

Just noticed this post, and it's over a year old.  Would be nice to see if DJI is still interested in collecting user feedback for future Spark updates.  

Instead of adding features, just make sure that the existing ones are working properly!

Before adding new features, PLEASE get the existing problems straigthened out:
- Yaw errors and GPS signal losses in mid flight
- video lag when using Wifi connection to R/C

And then: please allow ATTI mode to be activated on purpose.

I don't really fly in Gesture mode.    Prefer to fly Normal and take Pictures and Videos as I see fit.   

Full support for OTG cable (incl. FW and NoFly-DB updates) would be appreciated

Yeah, that would be nice too when you fly far away. But don't expect anything of that to come true
DJI conentrates on the newer drone models and doesn't care too much about the Spark anymore.
