I just tried flying the Spark for the first time. The first flight went okay (though Dronie didn't work for me either), but the second flight the controller kept disconnecting and finally completely died -- and now the controller is frozen and stuck ON.

It's stuck ON, I cannot power it off. I can't connect to it with a phone or Spark. I've held the power button in many combinations of long and short presses, nothing works up to at least 30 seconds of holding the power button.

Pressing any button on the controller causes a rapid series of beeps. The power LEDs still on.

How can I turn if off?? The battery is just slowly draining away.

I'm afraid the controller may have died.

Now the controller is beeping at me every two seconds; but nothing I do will shut the controller down.  Very annoying!

Please try this way to turn off the RC: keep pressing Flight Pause Button,  press once, then again and hold on the Power button to force to turn off the RC.

Yes! That did work Thank you.

Now the question is, why did the controller lock up so hard during flight. That is very scary. There is no control over the drone at all, especially since the Go To Home for me seems to send the drone far up into the sky and into random  space, despite a solid 16 satellite GPS lock.

Seems like the remote controls hangs up. I haven't got this issue before ......

Having this problem with mivac 2 pro remote.

Tried the same buttons as this thread with no joy.

What is the reset process for mivac 2 pro?
