To return to check? and wait half a year back? are you crazy? please send replacement!!! I bought your product Osmo+ for your practice in the software of the DJI, I have your company bought the product for my business, and I'm losing money!!! I hope on your mind. Waiting for your suggestions!!!
I didn't ask you to send back, just suggest you to refresh the firmware with the steps below, hope you can help us to troubleshoot, appreciate that very much.
Downloading the firmware and paste it in the roof directory of the SD card, before powering on, keep pressing the Trigger and Record button simultaneously, then pull the Power Switch down for about 5 second until the LED blinks red and green. The OSMO+ will detect the firmware and begin updating. The update is complete when the LED displays solid green. |
