Still having problems with my gimbal sometimes giving up and then resetting itself. After the reset it seems to twitch. Has anyone else had this issue and if so has there been a solution, or will it be in the next firmware update?
Will the horizon tilt also be fixed in the next update. Been chasing my tail trying t ...
I have not experienced that. If you have significant horizon drift that cannot be fixed with the Gimbal calibration and tilt adjustment, I would contact DJI.
Upon powering up in low light or if the camera is too close to an object to focus (for example, tall grass) the gimbal will lock and vibrate (makes a buzzing noise). Bird must be powered down and restarted. Happens every time.

It appears that the gimbal is being interfered with its start up sequence. I try not to take off in high grass. I would rather take off from hard pan or asphalt. Now I really like to fly over grass. Much better if you crash.
The gimbal is NOT being interfered with in any way. The tall grass mentioned in this case was blocking the camera’s view but was not in contact with the camera.
The same failure repeats when powered up in relatively low light (colors still easily discernible). I’m concerned that this condition has most likely overstressed the gimbal.
You have to understand I take most stuff literarily. I wife busts me on this all the time. I do have a sense of humor but when I am working I am focused on the task at hand. My apologies.
