I agree. If you don't want to mess with post tweaking, True Color seems to be very reasonable. Also check out your White Balance. Auto there is NOT very good. I have actually found that Cloudy combined with True Color give me an acceptable look even on sunny days.
Yeah, the Mavic's JPG often seem overcooked to me. I prefer to shoot RAW, which allows the user to select the amount of noise reduction, sharpening, warmth/saturation/etc. as desired, but of course requires a workflow that includes a RAW/DNG-capable editor. I personally use Adobe Lightroom.
BTW, the "Normal" color profile actually accentuates green -- TrueColor is the color profile to use if you want to see what the camera sees w/o any modification by the Mavic's electronics.

As averyone said here, auto settings to take photos or even video does not get what you have on your own: a great equipment, as Mavic Pro.
You should, if you want to try some experiments, gonto youtube. There you can find some tricks taught by porfessionals that will surely implement your shots!
Cheers
D-cinelike processes the video, which you may want if you're going for that look. TrueColor is the only setting where no processing is done to the video.
