Why do we have 2 different numbers? One printed on the Drone and one that shows up in DJI Go App as 'Flight Controller serial number'. Why can not we have just one number?


Is there way to see the Drone serial number in the app??

The Mavic and the remote each have different serial numbers.

Two different serial numbers, one is drone SN, anothe one is the flight controller board SN, but they are related with each other. The APP only shows the flight controller SN.

I am trying to control the drone through another 3rd party app and it detects the flight controller board SN and shows it as the serial number for the drone. That is when I noticed the difference.

Is there a way to find out Mavic's serial number from within the app?
