I have always noticed this when the sun is at my back. Where there would normally be the shadow of the Inspire on the ground is a white spot. It starts off as a shadow, but as you climb, the shadow tuens into this white spot. I have noticed this in a a few of the other Inspire videos. I am shooting with the X3 and have always had this issue. I need to make sure but I think I see it no matter what filter I put on but I will need to try again to see. Anyone else have this issue? The attached image is a screen shot of a video frame.

Hope this makes sense.

Many thanks,
Houston

Look up heiligenschein.
You won't get rid of it except by shooting at a different time of day to move the sun relative to your position.

Wow, very interesting. I thought this was something to do with my ND filters or something. Appreciate the info.

Maybe getting a clean filter without any scratches might help?

Hi, I have EXACTLY the same problem with MAvci 2 Pro. I'm sure 90% it's a hardware problem. I contact DJI support but but they pretend he didn't know the problem! They just ask me to change the sd card ! And reset the camera ! I'm waiting ans answer from technical support asap !

No not ND filters... try without filter .... the problem persist. I'm sure it's a bug with the captor of the camera. I have 2 Mavic 2 pro, same problem with both !
