Strange problem appears after RC updating to .0400

Wnen I connect to RC after it has been updated in DJI GO 4 (Android) - It writes something like "It is necessary to update WiFi frequencies to local standart". With no any options - only "I agree".

After it - connection RC with phone interrupts, connection RC with Spark - remained.

Now I can't connect RC ro phone and Spark. I can connect phone to RC only if Spark is turned off - no problem. When I turn it on - Spark connects with RC and disappears RC's WiFi - so connection RC with phone interrupts.

I can connect phone to Spark -and fly without RC. I can connect RC to Spark - and fly without phone. But I can't connect all its together.

I have tried to reset WiFi on Spark. I have tried to downgrade and upgrade Spark with DJI Assistant 2 from PC. With no results.

I can't downgrade RC from PC - DJI Assistant 2 can't even see it.

And I noticed, that there are no any 5.8 GHz from Spark or RC - only 2.4...

Does anyone has such problem?
