Cannot login to account on crystalsky

I have internet connection (I can browse) but I cannot login to my dji account via DJI GO or DJI GO 4...simply get network unavailable message!

HELP!

What I meant was that I can't fly it further than 50m from me until DJI allows me to!

Seems to be an Android thing from what I can gather.  My Mavic logs in with no issue on the iPad.  Also seems to be worldwide - seen post from the Netherlands, I'm in the US.  
A world class product should have world class support.  A real time systems alerts page would be helpful.  Holiday weekend and no Phantom.

yep. It works with my iPhone no problem.  I'm in the US, 4th of July weekend and I can't fly more than 50m with my new CrystalSky!!!  Arrgghhh.  Unacceptable.

Same here. You are not alone in this. About to go to the DJI Store and ask them, but likely they won't have answers because they hadn't seen one till a couple days ago when I went in to ask about a cable to charge the battery.

I just logged into my account on my Galaxy S7 and my ipad. It's not a server issue. It also doesn't seem to be an android issue. It's a CrystalSky issue. Can surf with the browser, but when trying to log into the app, it says there is no internet connection.

Yep, seems to be a Crystalsky issue only. Android seems to be ok, so does ios. Most annoying.

Found a fix, not a solve.
Start up your drone with another device. Apple, android. One that can log in. As soon as you are ready to fly, switch over to the CrystalSky. I just flew my Mavic 1/4 mile out on the CrystalSky doing that. Not a solution. Just a fix, for now.

Something was done...it works now!  Logged in to my account via crystalsky!  Off to fly!

same issue. Logged in, will not allow an altitude of 100ft or more with Inspire 2's latest firmware. Crystal Sky need an update asap please!

Hey just got my CS. the Version on it seam to be the latest. I can surf the web but DJI go4 app dosn't login. Also there is no other buttton on there. I mean I cant vontrol the drone or do anything befor I connect to my user wich dosn't work. How can I update the DJI go4 app before loging in the account? PLAESE IS THERE A FIX FOR IT?

Have you tried a factory reset of the Crystalsky?
I had an issue a while back where i could use the browser, but not check for updates.
I "forgot" my wifi settings, only to find that the on screen keyboard would not show up when i was logging on to my wifi.
A factory reset resolved my issue.

Same problem, I can browse but not login into DJI go4. I have already done a factory reset but keep same. I have tried hours ago at work and also now at home, same in both networks. Current version V02.04.06.00

I'm having the same issue but I haven't done a factory reset and from the looks of things maybe I shouldn't .  This is ridiculous... I can browse but the dji go 4 says to check my internet connection. Real messed for something this expensive.

Just received my CrystalSky today.  Having same issue as stated above.  DJI has a great reputation for excellent products, but this experience has taken that experience down a notch..   DJI - Please fix asap.

What is the wifi network you use?

I had same experience with my CS 7", impossible to use with my home internet wifi connexion.
That's why I've tried Dongle 4G, but at the moment this feature is not working, and DJI doesn't prove or show that's worked.
That's why I now use a shared wifi network with my Smartphone, and it's worked.
In my opinion, there is an issue with Wifi Antenna / driver of CS that could make trouble with some home's modems.

Just up dated my netgear D6200 router but still the same issue on 5.8 and 2.4 .The CR can web surf and download updates but won't recognise the email address on the GO apps. Haven't had any luck with using iPhone as hotspot . Hope it's just a server issues at dji

I was having the same issue. I then connected the USZB cable to the Controller and All is well. It connected to the DJI site and the monitor is now activated and I am downloading the New Version firmware. VO20.04.06.00
