Just flew my new mavic pro! My loving wife has got me the new bird for my birthday and after a couple hours getting all the firmware updated I took it out and let er fly! I've had a p3s since Christmas and have truly been enjoying this new hobby, now my horizons have grown with an already noticeable improvement in video range and stability in remote signal. I haven't flown her far out yet just taking it slow to learn the difference between the mavic and p3s flight characteristics, but wow the mavic is also so much quieter. Any way don't have to just read the mavic forum but can now join in.

I had similar story P3S right after Xmas. Got my Mavic in June. Totally awesome compared to P3S. I extensively test flying out longer and longer hitting the RTH to make sure it comes back for the just in case.
