For a "technology" company, DJI really has no idea on how to service its customer base. Mentioned before in the forum that they really need to sort out their communications and anticipate issues and questions from users PRIOR to going to market. What would it take to set up some user forums (in different countries) that they go to for suggestions, changes, poss impacts on users etc. before they launch. Instead it seems they send freebie products to favored reviewers and then use that feedback as proof they have it right. I note other Chinese companies on Amazon employing a similar tactic by aggressively pursuing you for feedback on their products and if you don't give 5 stars they send you a new product so you bump up the rating. I guess this approach is cheaper than actually fixing the product! Seriously DJI, please take the feedback from your end users seriously and address it! |
