I sent in my Mavic Pro for repair over 2 weeks ago, it was signed for at the dock over a week ago yet my case still hasn't been updated?! The customer service offered by DJI is appalling. I've read hundreds of thread with exactly the same issue, PLEASE can someone update me? It was sent using the provided UPS returns label, with all required documentation but still nothing? Help! Case number is  CAS-721740-J1N5R1

Sorry for the unpleasant experience. I've checked the case, your drone was delivered on 28th, June, and it usually takes 1-5 business days to unpack and record the information to our system. The status is normal and is undergoing the data analysis at the moment, I have informed our data analysis team to expedite the process, we will have someone to contact you once the analysis finishes, appreciate your patience very much.
