Thank you, its my first one, hence the mistake on auto spell (ios) behind the android. oh well live and learn thank you for the compliment.

iPhone 6s for me

iPad Mini 4 for all my DJI platforms...NEVER had any issues except for direct sunlight.

Google Pixel XL. Seems very stable only when I turn off WiFi and turn off Auto-rotate otherwise it will crash on a regular basis. I use a full size iPad on occasion but don't have a stand for it yet (very new pilot)

iPhone 6s with DJI Go 4 and iPad 4 with Litchi. Both are really stable.

iPhone 6 Plus, or iPhone 7, but my fav is my iPad Air 2 (wifi only model, A8 Chip) mount, turn airplane mode on and flawless

iPad Mini 4 running mostly Litchi.

Apple 6+ and an iPad.   

Apple 6+ with moderate disconnects... Jiggling cable gets it back so I think it's a cable/connector issue, but just loaded it to my Galaxy Express Prime and it launches no problem... let's go try it out...***a bit later***
Well go figure.  That was a quick, but flawless flight.  Probably didn't disconnect due to the new cable... who knows.  Looks like I have a backup.

iPhone 5 and iPad mini no problems. My friend got an mavic yesterday and a Samson tablet I help him set everything up and immediately the app crashed. It kept crashing until it would no longer  connect to the mavic very scary.

First bought the Phantom 3 standard and purchased a Samsung Tab A cause they much cheaper and I was an android user cause I could hack it. Back then it was showing home point 1000 feet away and couldn't cure it. Iphone 6S had no problems Back to Walmart Tab A went. Got an Ipad mini and it is flawless

Android 7.0, Samsung S7, app 4.1.3, firmware 01.03.09  Changed phone setting > display> resolution to 1920 by 1080 and display > Mode to Basic.  That virtually eliminated app disconnects.

Android 7.0, Samsung S7, app 4.1.3, firmware 01.03.09  Changed phone setting > display> resolution to 1920 by 1080 and display > Mode to Basic.  That virtually eliminated app disconnects as it reduces power consumption, because the processor is not working as hard on those things.  Also says when you select higher res or display to a fancier cinematic mode that it may not be compatible with some apps.

iPad Mini 2, iPad Mini 4, iPad Air 2 and iPhone 7. All work like a charm! Most currently on Beta versions of iOS, iOS 11 and iOS 10.3.3

I have flown with IOS devices (currently an iPhone 7) with no issues (using both DJI Go4 and Litchi).  I develop software for a living and I know how hard it is get reliable releases on something as complex as this to work reliably on all Android phones (it's like having to target many different platforms rather than just one).
