Ok try this way using a new clean formatted USB card and new download of the 1.11.20.bin file and nothing else.....insert this as normal into the drone and turn on tthe drone only -  then ONLY watch the state of a small LED on the front of the gimbal board just above the camera lens it should  flash green all the while its still in update mode - IGNORE what the main LED are doing or what noise it makes - keep watching the small LED until it stay SOLID GREEN - Hopefully!! - It can take a while and at one point the drone does go dark and silent NO beeps at all - but will restart an finish..... If the small led stays solid red its failed so re try from the start.

already tried to reinstall the same firmware with the card itself a SDCARD CLASS 10 64GB .. the drone starts the update process some of the times I tried and goes away for about 20 minutes and then the solid red LED lights up and akele bip horrible D-- -----------

Also I am using the 1.11.20 FW on my P3Advance - without anyy issues at all even using a iPad MINI Vers 1 model!!

I tried to collect a position from DJI but they do not care about it

Eu também estou com o mesmo problema, eu tenho Phantom 3 Profissional, o novo Firmware Professional Phantom 3 v1.11.20  não estou conseguindo instalar da erro com luz vermelha e com som contunuo (2014.01.01 00:00:12 remo-con disconnect======
Packet: P3X_FW_V01.11.0020.bin
Result: Failed.
Reboot the aircraft and try to upgrade the firmware again.) e não se vê a imagem da camara no smartphone.

Amigo, provavelmente algum item de hardware nao está sendo identificado ou reconhecido. Um dos problemas que tive foi em uma das placas eletronicas que acabou empenando causando atrito em outra placa fazendo que nao funcionasse...

Well I run the update for RC and it bricked my Controller !! No help from DJI despite there being tons of customers with same outcome !! Luckily for me the 4 button reset worked then the old  downgrade firmware trick still worked and after 5 or 6 failed downgrades I finally got it to downgrade to FW 1.6.0 , I then run the upgrade firmware again thru DJI go and it installed FW 1.9.6 , the firmware for AC is 1.11.20 so I’m not sure what’s going on !

FYI I also received an update to DJI go today and it’s V: 3.1.23

I had the bricked RC with previous version !! This version allowed me to recover by downgrading

After a successful firmware update the Phantom 3 advanced camera does not work and motors do not start up and I get a espy mestage contact  dji comp.before no problems except red triangles air craft,remote,battery, needs update I wish that  I never started this

If you have issues after the latest firmware then you can roll back to the previous firmware version.

after upgrading my DJI Phantom 3 advanced with latest version, my batteries are not connecting with dji and shows 0%.

Your Go apps version is V3.1.23? if yes, Uninstall go app v3.1.23 and download V3.1.22 to install it.
