Do you means barely turns when powered?
Or do you mean barely turns when spun by hand?
The self tightening props are easily removed and installed with just your hands.
I'm not sure how just changing a prop affected your motor this way.
Try putting the original prop back on...
Did you use a wrench when you where changing the props, If yes could it be that you damaged the motor winding with the wrench?
Did you do anything else besides changing the props, e.g. removing prop guards?
Motors are easy enough to get, make sure you get the correct motor that corresponds to the prop rotation/thread. It takes desoldering and resoldering three wires to replace the motor and the eSC can potentially be damaged if not done right. Double check to see if there is really damage to the motor winding.
