I'm not very happy with DJI product or even their customer service! Very disappointing is an understatement! My thumb controller does not bind with my Ronin MX. I've done short of everything to get an answer. GB app crashes everytime; I try to open on my Mac. Is anyone having the same issue? Please, help!
