I am on the latest DJI GO app on iOS iPhone7 Plus, and when connected to the OSMO mobile, it does not show any information for firmware under general settings (just blank).
I also do not get a notification to update the firmware.
Please help
Please download the DJI Assistant 2 from Osmo Mobile official website, connect the Osmo Mobile to you computer, run the DJI Assistant 2, login your DJI account, please help to check the firmware version.

The other day when i turned on my osmo mobile connected to the DJI app, it prompted me to update...now everything seems to be ok.
