My Osmo mobile failed on our last shoot and I sent it in 6/20. It was acknowledged received and approved for shipment in 6/21.  I called two days in a row and the agents tell me the same thing - it's approved and waiting fulfillment.  

I have yet to receive any email stating it's shipped and the case status tool doesn't show it as shipped.  

I'm leaving for my next shoot overseas on Tuesday - I need this thing NOW.   I NEED SOMEONE TO GET BACK TO ME ASAP WITH AN OVERNIGHT TRACKIKG NUMBER
