CAA say no flying near Nuclear power stations but what about decommisioned ones?  

I have checked no fly drones and it is still a no fly zone but while I was there the other day I fired up the Mavic and DJI Go and there were no restrictions.  Despite this I did not fly but moved a bit down river.  The power station has been closed for sometime now and has been turned into something else but they have not lifted the no fly zone...yet..

There are a few Marinas around there and some boating friends of mine want me to film them so anyone have any info on this?

The no fly zone was lifted last year,  but best to avoid flying over the site.

Thanks for the update yesterday (27/5/2020) I went down to BRADWELL Beach to fly my phantom and so local fish wife took it upon herself to “preach” to me that it was illegal to fly my drone there!!  ... my response was is it illegal or is it Just bothering you because if it’s the latter I’ll move if not I’ll stay for 10 minutes and then go.....
