Hello,


I purchased my drone in China and I want to get DJI care refresh from the HKG DJI website but everytime I put in my serial I get this message....


Aircraft S/N you entered does not exist, please make sure you've entered it correctly.


I'm on the HKG/ENGLISH site and have the correct S/N but am not sure why it will not work?
What can I do since I have around 30 hours to go since I activated it?

I had the same issue only to find out that it was me. The Vendor had already entered the Serial Number when I purchased it and all I needed to do was click on Check Status and the Serial Number was already there. Good luck.

Sorry where is this? I don't really see anything like this when I enter the S/N.

Nope, didn't work. 0AXCE550B30388The worst part is this is taking me 24 hours to get this care package and it's going to be over my 48 hours since I activated the drone.

Just tried it in DJI online store,  it works, as you can see the screenshoot below. Could you please try it again, if it is still the same , please post a screenshoot for better assistance. DJI care refresh.png

Thanks a lot! I did it! ;) It turned out, that I didn't change a location (to Poland - which is my country ; ) After that, things went forward. If You want to activate DJI Care, You have to put the same location, that You are in.

Hello, I've got similar problem with my Mavic and DJI Care Refresh.  I've tried to activate Dji Care refresh for my Mavic on site: store.dji.com/active-care... but all the time I've the same error:

'Aircraft S/N you entered does not exist, please make sure you've entered it correctly.
Care variant can't be blank'

My Mavic S/N is: 08QDE8M00F2179-R (I've tried without -R too but with no luck)
I've got DJI Care Card with code... but like I wrote: everytime I've got that message about wrong S/N...

Hello, I am having the same problem with my Phantom 3 Se i just bought it on friday late at night and had a competition on Saturday and did not have time to access the drone i had activated it on Friday when i went on sunday to buy the care refresh it said my S/N DOES NOT EXIST!!!! Solution

Use the serial number printed inside the battery compartment of the drone. For some reason the aircraft SN in the phone app differs and does not work.

Hello I keep getting this error message after I enjoy my S/N whole registering my spark for dji care active
