My Phantom4 had spots and specs on stills as well as in videos. I put in a request to DJI customer service and after over a week I gave up on them, not even an acknowledgement of receiving the request. Poor service!
Anyway, after much research and out of frustration, I ordered the gimble cable from Amazon and replaced it. Now no more spots! It takes a bit of courage to void the warranty but hey, DJI doesn't seem to care about customer service anyway. Love the Drone hate the fact that this happened eight months after purchase. |
