I received my Mavic on July 10. I checked only to find that they-dji- says I have no refresh- and the serial and gimbal numbers never existed from them-
purchased at same time from B&H in NY- after 7 emails today- they-dji- cant help- i do not need a claim- just wnat an answer to why they say that?

Any DJI reps on this forum- should I call dji- should I just return to B&H for a full refund?

Hi dji Mindy- not dji fault- B&H never did their job in NY- my Pro is now registered  the refresh part of dji web page-
