I tried to update firmware on Mavic pro remote from dji app Go4 and got fw  V00.00.0000. That information shows on assistant app. Remote always  "Connecting" forever. Can't reset, can't upgrade, i just can't do anything with it. Help  please.

Me too .  firmware shows v 000000 and can't reset or downgrade or anything.  Frustrating .
