I already update the new firmware, 1.10.2.60. I forget to autocalibrate after the device, but i dont think thats my problem.

I make 20-25 video, but some videos can t open in my mac. It s like a corrupt video.
In my iphone i can see the video with a low rezolution, but i can t play or download the original file. It s about some personal videos, i need it!! Please help how can i repair this files. Never happened this before... HELP!

Firmware 1.10.2.60 has issues and I wouldn't use it.  I was ending up with 20% of my files unusable after upgrading to 1.10.2.60.  I have reverted back to the previous firmware and have had zero issues.

Load the firmware onto your memory card and then boot the Osmo while holding down the trigger and record button.    It should load whatever firmware in on the root of the memory card.
