I placed an order (order # 00118387808799) on June 16th, just a couple of spare batteries, props, a backpack and a multi-battery charger for my Mavic Pro.  I was told in an email on June 28th "your order will ship on or before June 30th."  I have on-line chatted with 3 different reps and sent multiple emails... the replies I get to my emails are "we are working the issue, please be patient."  How can you be patient when you ask a question, "what is holding up my order?"  And the only answer I receive is "be patient."  It is now July 16th and my order still has not shipped.  This company has the absolute worse customer service I have ever had to deal with.

Sorry for the delay , I've tried to track the order  00118387808799 for several times, unfortunately, I am not able to find it. It seems that the order number is incorrect, could you please double check it?

Here is my dilemma, My order number is 171033970982028 and I order this and come to find out the price dropped now I cancel shipment and it looks like it is coming back to me.  I need this returned so I can get refunded and re-order it at a lower price.  Please help!

The package has been shipped out , have you sent an email about this to onlinesales@dji.com? If yes, what is your ticket number?

It's a simple question... why is it no one can answer it?  All I want to know is why my order has not shipped?  I'm tired of being patient.. we are looking into it.  Please just answer the question.

Just confirmed with our Sales team, they are not able to ship this order now, since the address of it is undeliverable , we'll have someone contact you soon, please provide another address, then we can ship it out.

I still recommend you send an email first, then we'll have someone follow your order and you can get a quicker refund.

I have updated my account with a new address.  I did not see an option to change it on my order though.  The address that I want the order shipped to is now listed in My Address Book in my account.

Could you please check your email ? We've sent an email about this order to you, please reply our email with the new address.
