Why my order still hasn't shipped???

I placed an order (order # 00118387808799) on June 16th, just a couple of spare batteries, props, a backpack and a multi-battery charger for my Mavic Pro.  I was told in an email on June 28th "your order will ship on or before June 30th."  I have on-line chatted with 3 different reps and sent multiple emails... the replies I get to my emails are "we are working the issue, please be patient."  How can you be patient when you ask a question, "what is holding up my order?"  And the only answer I receive is "be patient."  It is now July 16th and my order still has not shipped.  This company has the absolute worse customer service I have ever had to deal with.

Here is my dilemma, My order number is 171033970982028 and I order this and come to find out the price dropped now I cancel shipment and it looks like it is coming back to me.  I need this returned so I can get refunded and re-order it at a lower price.  Please help!

Just confirmed with our Sales team, they are not able to ship this order now, since the address of it is undeliverable , we'll have someone contact you soon, please provide another address, then we can ship it out.

I still recommend you send an email first, then we'll have someone follow your order and you can get a quicker refund.

I have updated my account with a new address.  I did not see an option to change it on my order though.  The address that I want the order shipped to is now listed in My Address Book in my account.
