I receive a new Phantom 2 + H3-3D last Friday (10-10-2014) and when I opened and install the H3-3D I connect and try if everything is working fine, but when I connect to my computer and install 2 upgrade I can't fly anymore, the motor doesn't start at all. How can I revert to the original (Factory Setting) setting.
Best Regards; Victor Soto
We can help, but need more details.
Is your computer a PC or MAC ?
What assistants are you trying to use for the phantom and transmitter ? PT2 3.2 / RC / WIN Drivers ?
How do you connect to the assistant and what messages do you get ?
Sounds like you may have switched to Mode1 on the transmitter or at least need to calibrate the transmitter and phantom together.
First I use a PC with Windows 7 Professional and download the PT2 3.2 / RC / Win Drivers
1 Install the Win Driver
2 Recognize my Phantom 2
3 Install the PT2 3.2
4 Upgrade the Firmware and them start beep during the upgrade and when finish I turn off the Phantom and Start again
5 Install de RC and calibrate the controller
6
and the motors doesn't start

How about the LED indicator status when you power on the Phantom and trying to start motor? Is there any error message when you connect to the Assistant?
I had the same problem. After updating not starting again.
How I solved it;
Connected the RC to PC --> RC ON --> Phantom ON
Then changed mode 2 to mode 1 (in the RC-assistant)
Disconnected and tried. Engines started up. But did not stop the way they should (They did after doing the same movement with sticks as to start up)
Connected again to PC and put mode2 back on.
Now it starts up & stops as it should.
But! I did all this at home with no props mounted. Only teh next time I go out flying I wil be able to see if everything is as it should be.
I hope you understand what I'm writing, English is not my motherlanguage.
