I've read everything.  Cant seem to get DJI Assistant2 to work to recalibrate vision sensor error.  Downloaded Assistant2 on two computers..nothing seems to work. frame alignment message constantly. Have yet to see squares to align or any op art dots.  HELP

It *might* depend on what kind of computer screen you are using. It looks like it won't work with laptops and/or some screen resolutions.

First thing to do is use a soft cloth and clean the sensors. Could be something as simple as that -- it's what was wrong with mine!

Try to adjust screen resolution down, see if it works.
