Asking for admin help!

I have had my Spark for a little over a week now.  On two separate occassions the Spark powered off and fell to the ground while in flight.

The first time I was in gesture mode about 12 feet off the ground.  Without warning the Spark powered off and fell to the ground.  No damage.

The second time I was using the remote and the DJI GO4 app.  Again, about 12 feet off the ground the Spark powered off without warnnig and fell to the ground.  This time one of the prop guards was bent so the prop makes contact with it.  I was able to bend it back but it still has a crease in it.

I've seen several posts on here with this same issue.  Also many on the Official DJI Spark Owners Group on Facebook.

I followed the black box retrieval instructions on another post and have provided my the dropbox link below.

Please get back to me as soon as possible as I am afraid to fly the drone!
