I lined up my controller and the spark in straight line but the red arrow in the map is pointing a little off to the right. Is it normal?

Nothing to worry about. I take it this was after a flight seen as the low battery warning is flashing. The main thing is obviously GPS locks and it looks like you have double figures there. All the arrow is showing is the relative direction of the drone to the home point.

It looks things working right. You can also try to calibrate the compass of the drone and your phone, also the drone's IMU if it has a deviation between the head of the drone and the attitude indicator.
