Hi, I upgraded the remote controller firmware on the Phantom_RC software, and now it’s not working any more, the controller light turn off. what should i do now? How to fix this problem? The RC battery are brand new. I have a Phantom 2 Vision Plus Pablo

Pablo,
There are two charging ports, one for the RC and one for the Transmitter,
Have you charged them yet?The RC will take an hour or so, the RC will take about 4 hrs, when empty...This is very important..No charge.,No Fly!

Software is what you download on your computer to upgrade the Phantom and RC

You really need to do yourself a favor and download the manual and softwares...
Www.djisupport.com and navigate to your model for the right information..

But I have a Phantom 2 vision+ V1.1 And it working with AA bateries

I was kind of stumped with the "SW". It took me a minute to think that one out. So don't feel bad.
