Hi Thor,

I have send you multiple PMs, can someone please send me a link to this update so I can also try to get rid of this gimble noise? As others said it also gets very hot so I have not yet used my P4P for at least 2 weeks now, please HELP! Thanks!

An update: after spending three hours on support chat today. I even sent a link to this thread, but instead of the beta firmware I got to jump through every loop and then some.

Hi, I had just bought my P4P from BestBuy 2 weeks ago, I finally got to use it with nice weather here, I was forced to do an update to the controller my first time starting up, then after reset it wanted drone update, I then recalibrated all the sensors like I read about and now am up to date as of September 28th 2017. I noticed it flies ok, I do see wind warning all the time which is annoying when the wind is perfectly calm, but the main issue I noticed was the jello effect which is very annoying to look at, never had this issue with P3P, I use ND8 filter as well with 30fps while in 4K 30fps mode, which hides it, but anything higher on shutter it really becomes noticeable. I then did some reading about this gimbal issue and sure enough, looking at mine closer I feel a very hard fast vibration in the gimbal at level and certain angles. I am including this video as an example of what is happening.

I had the same problem. Did the update then IMU, then Gimbal calibration and the noise went away so I'm a happy bunny

Are you referring to the beta update? If so, I have not received that one yet, hopefully will get it soon to test it.

I've got the exact same problem - happened end of June during the infamous update. Haven't  flown since.  Please, may I have the beta firmware.

I had forwarded the beta again. Please log in your account to DJI Assistant 2 and see if you could access it. If you couldn't get it, would you mind registering another DJI account just to access the beta?

Hi, the beta is available to your account now, it would name a word "beta" on that version. You can access it via DJI Assistant 2.
