when I start to record video by the P4P plusRC,display automaically shut down and restart.but never come back untill push the  reccod button(stop reccoding)
so I couldnt record video at all.
I asked the shop I bought P4P,and they sent plus RC to DJI.
and DJI sent me back new plus RC last week.
it happened again.
that problem started after I downloaded latest firmware.V 1.2.0.0.
do you have some good idea to fix it? also,P4P has lastest firmware.

Sorry for the inconvenience. May I know that did get the app crash by clicking the Video recording button or the recording icon the screen?
Could you please provide the App's version, the crash files on the RC (route: connect your RC to a computer, export the files on /sdcard/DJI/dji.pilot.pad/LOG/CRASH) and your app account to us?
I'll transfer it to our engineer and try to help this out.

Hi DJI Thor, thank you for your help! Im glad you will report it to DJI engineer.
Both record(video recording button or recoding icon on the screen) make app crash.
But, use the recoding icon is more bad.when I use recoding icon, app crash,screen shut down and never show it up until I restart RC(turn off and turn on).
Actually its pretty dangerous because I have to turn of RC while my P4P flying...

OK,I tried to find "CRASH"but, I just could find
DJI>dji.pilot.pad/LOG
in the LOG folder, there are two files "CASHES" and"ERROR_POP_LOG" no "CRASH"
also, when I meet this app shut down, message show up on screen "init map error:MISSING_LIBRARIES"
