I was flying this morning at sunrise and I got some white and black flashes in the video.  I believe this has something to do with lighting conditions and the auto exposure settings. Does anyone know how to eliminate this defect in the video?

Hi Spyder,  To me this looks almost exactly the same as when you are manually spinning the exposure wheel.  Each time it "flashed", the exposure was different afterward.  If you are in auto-exposure, I can imagine that the AE is simply not very subtle.   My suggestion is to always (and I do mean always) use manual exposure.  Don't use Auto White Balance either.
