Great stuff David, you got some bottle I give you that!
The shots shooting into the sun came out well.
Do you recall the camera settings you used?
Shot in Log?
That's awesome work right there!
I know that there are a lot of skills being put into post processing to come up with such a professional quality outcome, but seriously, how good is this quad as a camera platform!
Buttery smooth mate!
Also Interesting to see just how much the Liver building dominates the waterfront precinct.
Mark are you in the UK out of curiosity? I did everything right, I asked permission from the perdon in charge of the buildings, I informed air traffic control I was working in the area, I filmed early morning to avoid people entering the area, I have a BNUC-S cert and a permission to fly form from the civil aviation authority and I am fully insured to 2 million for public liability, I think I had it well covered!
Hi David,
I am in the UK and also have PFAW. I wasn't having a pop (honest). I just thought looking at the footage you would have needed to submit a CAOSC that's all.
Was just saying that by shooting in LOG you give yourself a lot of information to play with and can push the image pretty far before it falls apart. Hope you don't mind I took a screen shot from VIMEO and had a quick play.
Total matter of personal taste, some will like it some will hate it but just reminding you that what you shoot is sometimes only the start of the journey.
