I flew it without any problems for a few minutes, then i landed it without problems.
I charged the battery after that.
Then when i wanted to fly it again i got the ECS error, so i can't fly anymore.
Don't know what went wrong.
I've tried it several times again, but the error keeps showing.
I've got it for 1 week now and just flew it maybe 5 times.
Really dissapointed now.
Can anybody help me?
Electronic Speed Control, you could try an IMU calibration, it may not help but is wort a try, if not you may have to send back.
They're is new firmware coming next week if you wanted to wait and see if there is a fix in that.
If your going to calibrate leave Spark in a cold room or cold spot for about an hour calibrate on a very level surface.
Good luck.
Hi Voetse, unfortunately having tried to refresh firmware and calibrate your IMU and no change , it looks like you are going to send back to dji.
There was a problem with P4 in the past when putting on prop guards it would trigger ESC warning, this was fixed by doing some calibrations, but was a problem with firmware.
You could end up shorting a motor causing crash or more damage to spark.
Good Luck..
Voetse, sorry to hear the error is still there after trying basic troubleshooting, it seems the drone needs to be sent in for evaluation. May I know you have contacted the tech support to create a case or not? If yes, please leave me your case number.
To locate where the problem exists, would you please export the data from black box and the flight log showing the situation so I can forward it to engineers for further analysis? Thank you in advance.
Please refer to the tutorial below to get the data, then upload it to Dropbox and post the link here.
