Hi.
Getting problems with poor quality photos on my 3 week old P4p..iso is 100. Image is Jpeg/raw. 3:4.. when you zoom in it looks heavily pixelated

We're not going to be able to tell anything from the  500 x 375 pixel jpg that you posted.
Your heading suggests you think you have a problem with resolution.
What is the size of the image you're looking at?
The camera shoots images at 5472 x 3648 if you set it at 3:2 - a little smaller at the other formats.

Ok i understand. I will see if i can send a better photo.. what recomendations can you suggest please ?. Should i set it to 16:9. ?. Im comparing the photos to my p4 standard and they dont look as sharp..

Set whichever format you prefer.
3:2 is the largest (20MP), the other formats are slightly smaller.
But you can easily tell if your problem is related to resolution by looking at the dimensions of your image.
You could upload an original image to Dropbox or similar and post a link.

Just guessing here. .. if you are looking at a full size image and saying it doesn't look sharp, it could be that the image is not in focus??
