I am trying to change my wifi channel from 5.8 to 2.4 G to see if RC conncetion will improve.

Once I select 2.4 G how do I get Spark to actually make the change?  Each time I select 2.4 and close the wifi window my Spark is still shows connected to 5.8.

Thanks for the help.

The only way i know to get 2.4 is to use the OTG cable from your RC to your phone

You have to select a channel, it's a nuisance don't know why 5.8 is default, but my 2.4 is just so much better and I'm not using OTG.

OK I select 2.4G on the wifi screen but my selection does not seem to "take".  I go back to the fly screen and at the top it is still showing wifi connected to 5.8G.  How are you getting your change to actually take affect.

That resets the wifi to communicate from the Spark directly to a mobile device.  I am trying to set communications from the mobile device to the RC to the Spark via 2.4G.

When you change by button to 2.4 you need to scroll down you will see I think it's select channel, there is a graph with channel numbers and red an green graph lines. Underneath that there is some more numbers you can slide them across choose one it doesn't matter which one it will channel hop. Once you have selected number , you should be connected to 2.4ghz, you obviously need to be powered on, you don't need to power off, just check your telemetry make sure it's on 2.4 ghz.

Do this when your RC and phone are wifi connected just one thing I'm using iOS but I'm sure it will be the same for android.

But every time you turn off AC you will have to repeat hopefully this will change in upcoming F/W

On iOS is a bit bugged ..

The 2.4ghz with OTG, the wifi icon turns out (as without signal) ... and you really do not know how much it lacks signal loss.

Yes this happens to me too. Wondering if there's a solution to this?
