Read a lot of crashes and even clips on how our beloved birds falls from the sky ... many many of them even with lots of pre flights checks.
Now that i am sure many of us will not go taking a risk for not having a full pre-check esp on the Props..Battery and Signal + Locations..
Am sure no one will risk a 500USD worth of machine falling out from the sky..
Just wonder how will it defines if INDEED people who did their pre flight checks
1. Secure of Props
2. Battery checks (*charges full and use it within 12 hours of time frame (battery condition recycle less den 5 times)
3. Signal above 14
4. Clear field with some breeze and no birds in sight
5. Not in NFZ
6. Handle smoothly on sticks...

and our birds just fall from the sky
1. Loosing of 1 prop or...
2. Failure of 1 or more motors or...
3. Battery just cut off or..
4. *weird to say a gust of wind making the AC unstable and crashes and unlucky of bird strikes
5. *indeed in NFZ it wil be grounded

what's the view of DJI gonna to deal with such cases?
as mentioned...no one will wanna their machines to fall....but indeed there a really a numbers of cases which fails which DJI won't claim on its warranty...
So what are the final fine prints over these issues(which i am not refering to those who didnt secure props or keep their AC and battery in bad conditions)
We are all aware of these but the bros here some with crashes did the SOP through b4 taking off and def not on the 1st flight testing..
There are accidents making everyone scare of lifting this machine up and fails again esp after repairing it without warranty claims after dispute case opened and fail claiming it.

Thank you for bringing us the attention. Of course, we wish no accident happens on the drone, but if it happens, we recommend that users contact our support to start a ticket, we will help to make data analysis, if it's malfunction, we will compensate the drone or repair it at no charge if it is under warranty according to After-Sales Policy.

Make an all round check mechanical and electronic on the ground first.
Mechanical: Look for the props are secure, battery has a fasten seat, motors are clean (no dust and rotating slightly without any noises and the shell has no cracks)
Electronic:  on ground:The AC get right signals(control and WIFI and enough GPS satellites)  aim the motors with CSC and move the left stick left and then right you must see the rpm difference of the cw and ccw motors.
in the air: it´s hovering on the place and repeat the commands wit the left stick and then fly a little square. If all thing ok then you may proceed to the mission of your wish. Sometime during flight have a look for the battery health of the cells,so you be sure the AC comes back without any struggle.

The most common reason for crashes is not failure of the equipment, but failure of the pilot. As in: failure to read the manual thoroughly, failure to understand how the aircraft works. Reading up on everything you can and taking baby steps to begin with is the best way to look after your aircraqft.
