Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, in UK we have the right to return any item up to 14 days from the day we receive goods.

And Dji is located in the EU?

No chance for return than, I did not know that there is a hidden fault in spark and only looked for forum after disconnecting issue appeared. Maybe there is some government body to report that DJI is putting general public at risk by selling drones which can fly away and crash into things?
