Hi,
I am a new user of spark / dji product and for now I am very happy!

I just noticed that the camera / gimble of the camera is tilted and I have to manually balance it during each flight / view.

Does the IMU calibration is the solution to this issue? I just did it indoor and the gimble is still tilted. Maybe I need to fly to see it going back to its right angle?

Thank you!

Hi everyone,

Just one more question: do you have to calibrate manually the gimbal tilt?

Thank you!

Hello, can you include a link of the previous thread regarding the tilted gimbal?

Thanks,

Yes,  there is a place to adjust it. In the Go app settings (upper right corner three dots)  camera menu (icon looks like a camera) - Adjust gimbal roll and adjust gimbal pitch.

Timoune, just to clarify, it's a brand new aircraft without any crash, right?
Actually speaking, it's normal if it becomes balanced after you adjust the value between ±1.5.

Natalia,

Without any crash yes.
When the spark is off, you can see that the gimble is not perfectly horizontal but a nit tilted...

No worries, as Natalia mentioned, it is normal if it becomes balanced after you adjust the value between ±1.5.

Ok. That's strange that the gimbal is not naturally horizontal...

Is there a special way to calibrate it?

Thank you!
