Mengalami masalah pada koneksi drone dan remot drone tidak bisa terbang karena masalah akun,
Untuk informasi drone ini milik kantor, akun drone yg di daftarkan adalah email pribadi semntara org yg memiliki akun sudah tidak dapat di hubungi.
Pesan yg tampil di layar:
Pesawat dikaitkan dengan akun lain, ganti akun dan coba lagi (-53268)
Apakah ada solusi untuk maslah tersebut, mohon bantuannya?

Salam kenal saya user mavic air .. saya punya drone waktu take off di atas kapal dan terbang aman aman aja tapi gak lama setelah hampir sepuluh menit terbang kemudian drone seperti lost control hanya bisa naik dan turun saja tidak bisa maju (untuk mengejar gerak kapal) al hasil drone ketinggal jauh dan hilang.. itu kenapa ta mohon pengetahuannya untuk pembelajaran saya kedepannya agar lebih hati hati

Hello there. You can calibrate the remote controller first, including the left and right sticks and the gimbal dial.  If the remote controller can be used normally after calibration, please feel free to use it. It is recommended to calibrate the remote controller every month. You may also check if the location is near a No Fly Zone, if the drone detects that the area is an NFZ area it will stop and hover. Saya baru membeli DJI Mini 2 SE, dan mendapatkan Navigation System Error out of the box. Sempat terbang sekali keesokan hari setelah saya unbox karena error tiba-tiba hilang, dan saya mesti akui kualitas gimbal dan video-nya memang sangat bagus. Setelah sesi itu, langsung drone error lagi dan kembali sama sekali tidak bisa digunakan. Saya bawa ke service center TAM di Roxy dan disana bertemu user Mini 3 Pro yang memiliki masalah sama. Infonya ini adalah common problem di seri Mini 2 dan Mini 3, dan ini juga di akui oleh pihak service center-nya. Oleh service center-nya, drone saya kemungkinan besar akan dilakukan pergantian unit, karena drone baru umur 2 hari, tapi mesti tunggu 7-14 hari. Buka box sudah error padahal box ter-segel. Frankly, I'm very disappointed. bought DJI for its brand name and perceived quality but getting bad experience instead.

Nah mungkin ada user disini yang pernah mengalami error yang sama dan sudah melakukan service atau unit replacement, apakah sudah benar2 tuntas hilang masalahnya atau apa ada yang kambuh lagi?

saya memakai DJI Osmo pocket 3, yang tidak dapat terhubung ke mimo apps
1. saya sudah melalukan perubahan jaringan wifi dari 5 ke 2 dan sebaliknya
2.saya sudah reset ulang ke setelan pabrik perangkat saya.
3. saya sudah reset ulang wifi
4. saya sudah instal ulang aplikasi mimo
5. saya sudah perbarui firmware
7. saya sudah mencoba menghubungkan di lokasi yang berbeda

Hi. Sorry about the trouble. Please try the procedures below:
1. It is possible that the aircraft detects obstacles when returning to the Home Point. This is to avoid obstacles and ensure a safe return.
2. If there are no obstacles ahead but the aircraft keeps ascending, this may be caused by light in the environment.
It is  recommended to fly the aircraft in another direction before returning to the Home Point or to try again at another time (such as morning, afternoon, and evening). If this issue occurs only at a specific time or in a specific direction, it can be determined that the cause is environmental.
If the issue persists after the direction or the flying time has been changed, it might be caused by the vision function.
We recommend performing a sensor calibration and updating the firmware to the latest version. If the issue persists, Please send the product back to the Repair Center for inspection.

Hi there. That is not the experience we want you to have. A strong interference or a firmware or hardware error may cause this. It can be fixed by calibrating the IMU and compass in an environment without strong magnetic interference, refreshing the firmware using the DJI Assistant 2, and restarting the aircraft to see if the error is still reported. If the problem persists, sending it back to DJI for further checking is suggested. We appreciate your patience.

Hi Tony, thank you for your response. I already brought it to the local dji service rep and got a new replacement unit. Hopefully it will be a smooth sailing after this. Enjoying the product now after its initial fiasco.

Now if only I can use this mini 2 se with litchi..

Halo semua, apakah teman teman pernah mengalami seperti ini. Setelah binding ke Dji O3 remot tidak dapat di nyalakan, bahkan ketika mengisi ulang daya indikator batrai tidak nyala.

Mohon info dan bantuan para suhu.
Saya pengguna mavic 3 enterprise with RTK,
Tiba ada notif merah (MAINT REQD).
Pertanyaan nya :
- apakah bisa hanya di reset saja?
- atau harus ke dealership nya?
- dealership mna yg authorized DJI di area bandung?

Once it's deleted, you can re-register again. However, the original account information will not be retained, and the registered account is a brand-new account.

We apologize for the delay in replying. QuickShots can only be used when there is an SD card inserted on the drone. Without one, the QuickShots icon will not appear on the app.  Kindly provide us the screenshot so that we can further check it.

If you purchased the drone by private transactions/second-hand platform. You need to contact the seller and ask them to log in to the DJI Fly app and unbind the account. After the account has been successfully unbound, you can then log in using your own account. Therefore, please provide us with proof of purchase so we can verify the source.
