Has anyone had success with Dronie on the lastest update?  Im on IOS and Dronie doesnt appear to be ascending.  I set it to 10M and it went way past that and didnt gain altitude.  Everything is on the lastest firmware and Go4 app.  Thanks

Dronie works for me.. but the altitude is more gained at the end. So it not directly proportional, more of a curve to speak in graphs.But the record video gesture doesn’t work for me ...

what did you set your dronie to?? 40m?  I set mine to 10M and almost no gain of altitude and it went 45m before i stopped it as it would have kept going.

Set it to 20m.
Stopped after 20m, gained 2m height.

I tried it multiple times at 10M and had to stop it at 30m and it didn't gain any altitude.  

Could you please refer to the video below to export the flight data and black box data for analysis? Then, upload both files to Dropbox and post the link here, thanks.

Maybe I found the problem... do you click GO after you set the distance or do you click back? Maybe the Go App doesn't use the new value when you click back instead of GO. (This is just speculation)
I click:
Flightmodes
Quickshots
Select the object
Click dronie
Click donie again
Set distance
Click GO
(no back after changing the distance)

Works for me great. But like I said, the altitude is gained more at the end.

Same here! set Dronie to 20M and he flew away. Had to stop it at 35M before it disconnects. Ios user (iphone 7). The helix has teh same problem. He just fly away, not responding my distance input on the app.

Thats the same with me. Its just not a usable tool at this point

I tried dronie mode  without setting any distance (I was not aware about clicking Dronie again), Spark gained distance to about 40 m and it did not return to me , instead was still in the top distance. I did not have any clue how to make it come back, I used some controls in hurry and messed up and it started to RTH at the same position instead of coming back towards me, luckily I managed to go to stick mode and drove it back to me.... Anyone faced this before, Can we force Spark to come back ?

Has there been a solution posted to this issue?  I have distance set to 10 M, and the Spark ignores it...  I stopped it at about 35 M before it ran itself into a tree branch.
