No update in over a week. What's going on? I thought DJI Care meant expedited service. Last time it was normal. This it was until this week with zero action. Don't leave me hanging.

I've checked the case, the quotation has been sent to you on 21th, July but it's waiting for your payment. We are sorry that local repair team didn't deduct repair charge from DJI Care directly.
I have informed them to do so and expedite the repair process, we sincerely sorry for the delay in repair process and trouble caused.

I received an email yesterday stating it would be shipped to me either yesterday or today "at the latest" upgraded to two day service. At that time the repair progress stated test flight would take 1-3 days to ship. Now, it says it will be 3-6 days to ship. WHAT IS GOING ON?! IS IT GOING TO SHIP TODAY OR NOT?

I'm sorry for the late response and delay in shipping, I have forwarded to local team to look into what happened and will try our best to ship it out as soon as possible, apologize for the inconvenience caused.
