Hi guys. Can some please help?I have a really poor video cache quality and I wan't to see if is this normal. I'm going back and forth with DJI support and this is my first DJI drone so I'm curious.

Can somebody please upload a short video directly from the editor (not the SD card) so I can check is this normal? The quality from my SD card is great but the video cache quality is really bugging me.

to be honest the video cache quality will be the same as the transmission quality. after the FW update mine is horrible but before that it wasn't bad.

Video cache is simply a recording of the live transmission to your device......  I think it's only 720p and pretty rubbish.

You'd never use the cache footage for anything.... unless the drone disappeared and that's your last memory...

i haven't got it to upload right now, but video cache on the phone for me is pretty average, and sometimes gets some weird artifacts, but straight from the sd card is great.

It's to be expected, the cached version on your phone is a much lower quality clip

Thanks guys. I was curious because I don't  see the artifacts  while flying but every video in the phone is full of them. I was thinking maybe the phone is to blame for such a poor quality.
