Is there a way I can set a number of stops that I want to bracket 1 or 2 stop exposure offset etc Not seeing that in the go app.

You could try taking shots with auto exposure bracket then choose which exposures you want, then merge to HDR in lightroom. Not quite as simple, I know but doable.
