Hey Guys,
since yesterday I have the problem, that I can't get a stable connection between my Controller and Smartphone (Sony Xperia X).
First it gets a connection and then it starts freaking out.
I got the connection and lose it directly after it. Then I get it back and lose it again...and again and again....
I've tried the cable on the left on the controller and the USB Port.

Had some of you the problem too and got a solution?

Are you using the supplied cable from DJI?

Same for me.. lost the connection twice... The controller showed disconnected within midflight.

You almost have it have an aftermarket cable since the one they supply is crap. I have three of the following and they work great. You have to unscrew four small screws on the base to get the cord out. But then you have a bottle opener for your beer and a kick ass dual right hand angled cord. They have a miro usb and lighting for android or apple. If you search ebay or amazon you should be able to get one for 10 bucks.

I have the original cable

I went to my local store today and got a new cable. I've tested it for some minutes with success. I hope the cable was broken and it's not more. I will post it here, when I had the time to test it.

My controller does not connect if I do not have wifi... if I'm in a poor internet are, the phone does not connect.  If I'm comnected to wifi or in good cell svc area, connects... I'm definitely in rc. Happens every time. Bad svc, no app comnection. Good svc, go fly!

Calibrated the drone and it worked again... But know if green flickering while recording in 4k... Bit mad.

So. Problem solved.
The little cable between controller and smartphone was broken.
I've always said, I got a new one. But now I was able to test it.
The connection is back.

For the future I have to back up plans. I bought an little adapter from micro USB to USB C. So I have an additional working cable by my site and another long USB C for the middle port xD
