Before buying my new Spark, I used a few times my friend's Mavic. His controller started beeping when the battery level was below the threshold. My controller is not doing it. Is this not a feature of the Spark or is the controller faulty?

I have the same problem, DJI suggested I send in the remote for diagnostics but I'm not sure that's the problem. I believe this is normal? I tested it yesterday and confirmed it will bepp whe it reaches critical battery. Juts not low battery

I have the same issue with my Spark. I've also seen several threads on different forums with folks complaining about it. It would be nice if DJI would fix it in the next version of Go.

Mine don't beep either.

my ex spark didn't beep in low battery only beeped in critical battery.  would be nice to at least have an option to enable and disable it in settings?  

U should get a warning thru device! Its not a fault u dont have to send your remote in.

Nope, no warning from anywhere.

Iphone??? My s8 (android) will say low battery is your volume up?

Ok so it seems to be a common problem.

My volume is up to the max and I’m using an iPhone. The only feedback is the voice from the phone telling me that the battery is critically low and the aircraft will land.

I’m pretty sure this is a bug in the RC firmware. Is there a link/email to use to report bugs?

Was hoping it would have been fixed with the new updates.

I contacted the support team and they told me to send it in for repair. I’m pretty sure this is NOT an hardware issue since the remote controller beeps in many instances, just not when the battery is low.

Has anyone ever heard the two-tone beep when the battery is low?

And DJI employee reading this?

me too..  firs led ok and second blink,"message from app battery low RC" ok, but not beep beep from RC
